How it works

You can find Hampy on the CleanCloud app via the Play Store or App Store. Download it now, because we’re ready to make you hampy!

1. Download the app

  • You can find the CleanCloud app in both the App Store and Google Play Store on smartphone and tablet.
  • Search for “Hampy” in the application and register as a user.

2. Complete your profile

  • After creating your account, add additional details such as pickup address.
  • Complete your profile.
  • Note: Hampy is currently only active in Ghent. Other addresses will not be accepted by the app.

3. Place your first order

  • Choose the desired pickup time (day and hour).
  • You can set this as a recurring pickup (1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks).
  • Select the day you want your laundry delivered.

4. Select your service and laundry basket/bag

  • You can find prices in the app and choose from:
    • Laundry
    • Laundry & dry cleaning
    • Dry cleaning
  • For now, select “own laundry basket” or “own laundry bag”. Soon, we will introduce Hampy bags!

5. Confirm your order

  • Check your order and pickup details.
  • Confirm your first order to finalise your pickup service.
  • Pay easily via banking app, Mastercard, VISA, Bancontact, iDeal or Apple Pay.

6. Proper preparation

  • Make sure all laundry and dry cleaning items are ready at the agreed time.
  • Stay nearby to hand over your laundry to the Hampy courier.

7. Track your Hampy order

  • Follow the status of your laundry via the app.
  • We wash and iron your clothes and deliver everything freshly cleaned.
