How it works

You can find Hampy on the CleanCloud app via the Play Store or App Store. Download it now, because we’re ready to make you hampy!

You can also reach us by email, phone, WhatsApp or message if you are unable to download the app.

1. Download the app

  • You can find the CleanCloud app in both the App Store and Google Play Store on smartphone and tablet.
  • Search for “Hampy” in the application and register as a user.

2. Complete your profile

  • Once your account has been created, you can add further details, such as your pick-up address.
  • Complete your profile.
  • Please note: Hampy is currently only active in Ghent. Other addresses will therefore not be accepted by the app. Feel free to contact us if your address is outside this area.


 

3. Place your first order

  • Choose your preferred time (day and hour) for your laundry pick-up.
  • Select the day on which you would like your clothes to be delivered back to you.


 

4. Select your service and laundry basket/bag

  • Hampy Bag? Select the size shown on your bag (S/M/L).
    • First time? No problem! Select ‘I want a bag’ and, if you wish, the size you prefer. You can simply give your laundry to our driver in your own basket or bag and we will take care of the rest. 😊
  • Dry cleaning? Select the garments if you can. This will give you an indication of the price. Not sure? No problem, we will check everything again.
  • Your own basket or bag? Select ‘Laundry’. You do not need to weigh anything; we will do this for you.

Haven’t filled everything in perfectly? That’s completely fine! We sort and check your laundry. If there are major differences in price or treatment, we will let you know first and will only continue after receiving your approval.

5. Confirm your order

  • Check your Hampy order and also check the pick-up details.
  • Confirm your first order to schedule our pick-up service.
  • You can easily pay via QR code to our driver.
    • Unable to pay via QR code? No problem! We will send you a payment link or provide a paper invoice.
  • Need an invoice? Let the driver know or mention it in the notes of your order.


 

6. Proper preparation

  • Make sure all laundry and any dry-cleaning items are ready at the agreed time.
  • Make sure you are nearby to receive our driver, or let us know where we can safely pick up or leave your laundry.


 

7. Track your Hampy order

  • Follow the status of your laundry via the app.
  • We wash and iron your clothes and return everything freshly washed, ironed and folded.
